Group Exercise Update
Classes are getting busier and I hope you have enjoyed the new Timetable! The new colour scheme looks great!
Classes are a great way of committing to exercise so make sure you pick a class that will be both fun and effective for you. Come and have a chat with me or the Wellness Team if you’re in doubt about classes for you!
The new releases of our Les Mills programs is only around the corner and you should be training with the new motivating tracks mid-October!
We will also see our very own Kieran Reynolds and Kieran Watts delivering some Body Pump sessions as they are just about to take on the initial training module! Wish them luck!
We had a busy month covering classes in July and August, with a total of 95 classes covered during that period. Our team works very hard to always be able to offer you a class to come to. Please make sure you book yourself in for the classes and also cancel from any classes that you no longer wish or can attend. This is imperative so that our waiting list system continues to work.
I hope you enjoy the new classes, especially Sh’bam and Hula Fitness on Monday nights. They are both a great workout!
