We’ve had a great July!  Our Wellness Team have been quite busy with Inductions and Program reviews. In June and half of July alone, we reviewed and updated 75+ gym programs, 40+ Inductions and in excess of 1500 contacts with members in the gym.

Yes, we can help you progress with your training and achieve your results. This is a complimentary service to all our members so why not take advantage of it and book yourself in for a Program review or even to get started.

We are also promoting the Fitness Assessments as a way of putting real numbers to your progress. The assessment lasts 15 minutes and it’s a walk on the treadmill with a heart rate monitor. Book in today!

Our Fastfit classes are becoming more and more popular, especially with the outdoor sessions as the weather is good. If you only have 20-30 minutes, this is a great way of keeping your fitness up and also to learn new exercises. There are 15 classes available to attend throughout the week, on different days and at different times, so pick one that suits you and have fun.

In July we saw the second ever Les Mills launch taking place, with 55+ members turning up on a Saturday afternoon to learn the new choreography and moves! Thank you to all members and instructors who attended on the day.

As we are hitting the holiday season, our class occupancy will drop so this is a great time to attend a class that you might not have tried yet as you maybe felt the class was too busy.

Unfortunately, due to our own instructors going away (they deserve a break too), sometimes we might need to change a class from its original one or, as a last resort, cancel it. Please bear with us and be rest assured that we always do our best to cover all classes before we make a call to cancel them. Our new Timetable will be back in September with your favourite classes as usual.
