I hope you have had a great January and have managed to keep up with your New Year’s resolutions! It’s not an easy road, but it is totally worth it. The first month is always hard as you are breaking old habits into new ones.
We have run a few exercise clinics in January, with the bodyweight exercises and a flexibility clinic having a great response from members. Stay tuned as there will be more to come.
In January we also had our squat challenge, with 1274 squats performed and around 50 vouchers for a free 30 minutes personal training session. Thank you to all members who joined the challenge!
If you haven’t had a programme review yet, there’s still time to make a change! Book in with one of our Wellness Advisors so you get your new 2020 programme!
Keep an eye out for our Wellness Week, which will happen between the 10th and 16th February! Quite a few activities will be in place. For more information please check the notice boards around the club and our website and Facebook page.
