Happy New Year from the Group Fitness Team at Witney Lakes!

Our group exercise classes are a motivating and fun way to get active and stay active throughout the winter months. Each class is led by one of our super star instructors, who will help you exercise safely and get results for all fitness levels and abilities.

Look out for the Les Mills class launches this January, dates can be found on the booking system or at the club reception. The launch showcases each programme, and is a great way to kick start your fitness. These programmes are results driven and challenge all levels and styles of fitness.

Also new to the timetable for January, we’ve got more Fast FIT classes! The January 2020 Group Fitness timetable will be live from this week so please check it out and book in early, especially for January & February.
