With 3 weeks until Xmas, there’s still time to make a change and get some results. It’s also time to start planning your new year goals and schedule. Our Wellness Team can help you with a goal setting in order to keep you focused.
On Monday 9th December, we have our second ever Personal Training Focus day, where all our Trainers will be available for 1-2-1 sessions in order to give you an extra push and show what they can do for you. Book your session online or at reception.
Also, if you are undecided about what present to give your loved ones for Xmas, why not one of our Personal Training gift vouchers? Material gifts are overrated so a block of Personal Training sessions will end up being a much more beneficial experience than another Shirt!

Last month we said goodbye to Luke, but we also welcomed Luis (yes, another one) into the team. Luis has been in the industry for 10 years, having worked in premium Health Clubs in Portugal and England, and now he’s making a positive impact to our members visits in the gym! Come and say hello when you’re next in!
In November we had been trialling a few new classes, with Mindfulness and Meditation and Les Mills BARRE making their debut. Make sure give us some feedback. We need a good support to these classes in order to add them to our timetable.
Our January Timetable is about to be sent to the printers and there are a few more additions to it. Keep an eye out as these new classes will kick off from Monday 6th January.
