- Please bring your ticket (printed or digital) for entry – no tickets will be available at the gate.
- Car park tickets are also required if you’re driving to the event. Limited parking tickets, book early to avoid disappointment

Parking & Travel
- A valid parking ticket is required to access the club’s car park.
- We strongly encourage car sharing to reduce congestion.
- Please follow directions from our Site Safety Marshals upon arrival.
Outdoor Event
- Around 95% of the event is outdoors, so dress appropriately for the weather.
- We recommend coats, umbrellas, and waterproof footwear—just in case the British weather makes an appearance!
- Limited indoor space is available and cannot accommodate all guests.
Food & Drink
- On-site food and drink only – no external food or beverages allowed.
- Enjoy a variety of local food stalls and an outdoor bar serving hot drinks and refreshments.
- Payments can be made via card or contactless throughout the evening.

- For everyone's safety, sparklers and personal fireworks are not permitted.
- Anyone found using them will be asked to leave the event.
